Take your business elsewhere. I had a terrible experience. I was scheduled for a mani/pedi and I showed up on time. The nail technician was "ready" for me at my appointment time, so I waited for 30 minutes. I expressed my displeasure to the receptionist, who was dismissive. When it was finally time for my mani/pedi (about 40 minutes late), I noticed she had not sterilized the equipment and merely rinsed it off. I asked if it was sterile and she waived me off and said "yes, yes". After spending nearly an hour on the manicure (which turned out fine) she started the tub for my pedicure. Almost immediately, someone came to tell her that her next appointment was here. She subsequently rushed through my pedicure (feet wet, took old nail polish off, put new nail polish on) and called it a day. It was the single worst pedicure I have ever had. As I was checking out, I explained my displeasure to the receptionist, who could not have cared less. I simply cannot believe that this business has survived with this absymal customer service. This could explain why they are now having to rely on Groupon to drum up business. Nobody in their right mind would pay full price to be ignored, rushed and dismissed. Please take your business elsewhere.

AMAZING!. I went to Giovanna's to see my stylist Jamie. This is a new location for her and I loved it. This salon is inviting, fun, and clean. The owner, Gia, is awesome and I can't say enough great things about Jamie, of course. She is truly a miracle worker with hair, besides which she is really entertaining and really cares and has honed her craft. I'm thrilled with her new location and so happy that I have a stylist who can consistently provide beautiful work.
Not a happy customer. I got a haircut here several months ago. I asked for a trim and got a kind of odd mullet/bowl cut somehow. The stylist literally divided my hair in half front to back and cut the front half off level with my nose. The stylist (owner) took 4 personal cell phone calls while cutting my hair. Though its been several months, I'm still p*ssed off everytime I look in the mirror, as the front half of my hair that was cut has a good 6 inches to go before its the same length as it was when I went in to this place. I plan on cutting my own hair from now on..that's how bad this experience was for me.

I had the worst experience with another, nearby, local ,"upscle salon" that it was truly rewarding to find such a great place. I had recently moved to the area from L.A. and was having a difficult time finding a comparable salon. I need not search any longer. my hair color is fabulous, my hair cut , one of the best ever. I will certainly recommend it to all my friends.I have an appointment for a facial and manicure and am anxious to try all of their spa services. I can't believe your company only gave this salon a rating of 8.5, it is definitely a 10. Thanks again for the in fo on the salon.
