Overcharged Underserved. Be careful to understand the service fees or you may get charged for someting that you may assume is "customer service." Otherwise bend over for some bad business practices.

Worst Experience Ever. Mangled my hardrive losing all data then tried to cover it up by doing a "fresh install" of the wrong software. They refuse to make it right and are keeping my computer hostage. Bad bad bad. Do not usae these guys. Completely unprofessional incompetent liars.

Great for odds & ends. If you have an older computer, they can fix it. They won't prssure you to buy a new machine when a perfectly good system can be repaired for $150. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that it takes longer to get the job done than they estimate.
