I first visited Brian's with a Groupon for an oil change. Unfortunately, my old Sentra needed new brakes and an alternator as well. Brian and Paul worked to keep the expense as reasonable as they could. I appreciated their honesty and flexibility and would go back (hopefully not too soon though!)

Brian is always helpful and honest. He has always been very thorough in explaining the situation with my vehicle. I've been to his shop for something as simple as an oil change, and he's also replaced my radiator. He gives the customer choices rather than being pushy like some mechanics can be. He has even gone out of his way for me, once helping set up my license plate bracket as I did not have the appropriate tools. I highly recommend Brian's Auto Care for all auto repairs and maintenance.

It's tough to find a mechanic you can trust. I went to Brian's for an oil change via Groupon several years ago, and have continued ever since. Brian's solidly and consistently professional and thorough. I recommend him without hesitation. And, it's important to me to support locally-owned businesses in Baltimore, like Brian's Auto Care.

Brian is the MD of auto mechanics. Both our cars have been doctored by Brian for many years. He leans heavily on prevention, but when the break down happens he moves forward with diagnostics and treatment. If you want a personal physician for your car, rather than a rookie, Brian is your man.

I highly recommend Brian’s Auto. I've been going there over 5 years. His shop has done great work on the different cars I’ve had: Ford Ranger, Subaru, and Mini Cooper.

He keeps the cars running beautifully. When my money is tight, Brian is great at helping me prioritizing the most important work, and he is always happy to take the time to explain what is going on in detail and to show me the parts.

Brian really knows cars and doesn’t cut corners. If there are different grades of parts, he’ll help you choose which one fits your budget, but he won’t put in a part that isn’t good quality.

Another nice feature is that he has all the modern equipment and will email the full repair records so I can easily maintain maintenance logs.

Brian’s prices are fair and reasonable, but most importantly, I feel I can trust Brian’s recommendations. That has been very important to me.

I met Brian through a Groupon for an oil change and have been going to him ever since. Turns out I have another friend who's been going to him for over a decade. He will take the time to break down any problems with the car in explicit detail and give you all of your options without any bias. He also doesn't overcharge for little things like changing light bulbs and windshield wipers.

Great friendly and personal service.. I took my car into Brian's to get a second opinion about some brake work.

I called Brian Saturday morning and he let me bring it in that very day. He checked it out soon after I came in and he provided me with a very detailed price quote (which was cheaper than the first quote I got fro another Baltimore auto shop)

Brian also took the time to personally break down and communicate everything to me. Letting me see first hand what needed to be done. The work was done quick and I had my car back that Monday. When Brian found some other important repairs that needed to be done he called me and explained what needed to be done and how much more these smaller repairs would cost.

Great friendly service, in a very convenient central Baltimore location. I recommend and would most certainly go back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I started taking my car to Brian's Auto when my tire blew out on I-83 in 2010, and the tow truck hauled it to the nearest shop. When I got there I received the best service even though I wasn't a regular customer. I received a price quote on some great tires, that I now have on my car. They always communicate and recommend repairs when needed. I appreicate the Excellent service and will recommend others to there business.
