My sister took her cat here. By the time he left he had a broken arm and broken ribs. They're now refusing to take responsibility for it. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hard Sell Approach is NOT Cat Friendly.
I will not be back. The costs were high and the service was minimal. If you are looking for quality service at a reasonable rate, this is not the place for you and your cats. And if you don't go for their suggested treatments, the attitude is "shame on you" instead of "how can we meet your needs."
The hard sell approach is not cat friendly!
