Maintenance. The maintenance at Lanvale Towers/Canel Courts SUCKS.............. I have been living here for over ten years, up until this last past year the maintenance has been SORRY. You call over for maintenane it's oh I have your report I will get someone over right away. NOT!!!! I have been calling over there asked to speak to the manager or email address OH I'll give her the message and have her call you back and I don't no the email right off hand, but your sitting at your desk where I'm sure it's right in your face. It's a shame that you pay all this rent and the maintenance SUCKS. They have inspections and they only go to those thats on section 8 and I hate to sterotype but that's what it seems like because that's where they get most of their funds from. Maintenance SUCKS................
