Absolutely loves lakeins always ready to do what is necessary to get the job done and if they can not we will work w/ you not only am I am a customer but an employee.We have a great team and even greater customers.

Dishonest, unprofressional and unethical. I took two watches in for a simple battery replacement. One was a Movado that had never had the battery replaced and had hardly been worn. Rather than admit they could not do the job properly, they used a tool with teeth to hold the watch and damaged it. They were diffcult and unapologetic about the damage, but told me to get a quote for the repair after my insistance. After taking the time to get the quote they told me that they would not bother responding to me and that they had no intention of rectifying it, telling me, "These things happen".

On a side note, the other watch stopped working 2 days after they had replaced the battery.
