WORST DEALERSHIP IN MARYLAND

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN BALTIMORE....I BOUGHT A CAR IT BROKE DOWN WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND THEY REFUSED TO FIX IT. HOW DO YOU BUY A CAR EVEN THOUGH IT WAS USED AND HAVE IT BRAKE DOWN AND THE PLACE THAT YOU BOUGHT IT FROM WOULDN'T EVEN HELP A LITTLE. I PUT A LOT OF MONEY DOWN AND WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE IT, IF I HAD KNOWEN THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN.

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO. NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY CAR UNTIL IT WAS TOTALLED ABOUT A MONTH AGO. SO I CALLED THEM BACK UP AND MY SAME SALESMAN WAS STILL THERE AND SO WAS THE FINANCE MANAGER. SO I KNEW I WOULD BE IN GREAT HANDS. I DECIDED THAT THIS TIME I WAS GETTING WHAT I WANTED. THE LAST TIME I TOOK WHAT WAS OFFERED TO ME BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT. BUT I DID WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO TO FIX MY CREDIT. I TOOK THEM AT MOST A WEEK TO GET ME THE EXACT CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. MY FINANCING WAS THREE TIMES BETTER THEN THE FIRST TIME. I FEEL LIKE THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO FOR ME FOR THE FIRST TIME I EVER BOUGHT A CAR. I WILL ALWAYS PURCHASE MY CARS FROM THEM AND I RECOMMEND TO ANY LOOKING TO BUY A CAR GO SEE THEM!!!!!!!!

IF YOUR CREDIT ISN'T GREAT YOU MAY HAVE TO PURCHASE WHAT THEY CAN OFFER BUT I GUARENTEE YOU IF YOU DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO GO BACK IN ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AND GET THE CAR YOU WANT.

ALMOST ALL OF MY FAMILY HAVE GOT CARS FROM THEM.

best dealership in baltimore

Pimlico Motors is the best dealership in baltimore! I had been to a few dealers and was looking for a honda accord with leather and sunroof with good miles. Every place i had gone they either wanted to much or the vehicle was to old and not in great condition. I heard there radio add, and decided to give them a shot. The enviroment was clean and professional and every employee was eager to help and even chatted with me will the deal was being worked. they showed me exactly what i was looking for and i drove home that day in my honda. i haven't had any problems since i bought my car a month ago and my sales person called me a week later to see how everything was going. I recommend everyone to pimlico motors

AWESOME PLACE!!

Ok, so I see some bad reviews here so far. Well I am pleased to say, that I was taken care of from start to finish. My credit was horrible, Ive been to a million places. And they all said NO!! I walked into Pimlico Motors feeling like nothing was gonna happen for me. I was greeted by a friendly face and a warm atmosphere. And in maybe an hour I was Approved!! And it was for something I like. They didnt throw me into any old car. I had a choice. Only hold up for me was when I had to get to the daycare to pick up my child. I had no transportation at this time. My salesman took me to the daycare, waited for me. And then Took Us to lunch!! Excellent service!! All of my cars will be bought at Pimlico Motors.

Never buy a vehicle from this place!!!

Before I bought my vehicle, I was treated very well. The ink was barely dry before the problems started. When I drove my vehicle off the lot, I noticed that the tires needed to be replaces. I took the vehicle to get inspected and the brakes needed to be replaced. Because the owner said that the vehicle was already inspected, I thought everything was OK with the car. Clearly, the vehicle was not inspected. The owner agreed to have the tires replaced and fixed the brakes. They put on the wrong brakes and the brake sensors were cut. Paperwork was a mess. I had some "creative financing" and ended up paying 5K more than what the car is worth. I had the wrong vin# on my paperwork, so I had trouble getting the car insured. My temp tags expired twice because they didn't get the tags (which was included in the price of the car). I wanted my trade-in back, and was told that it was already sold. I was referred to this dealership because the owner's relative was a friend of mine. I thought he would look out for my best interest, but all he did was rip me off, sold me a defective car, made money off of my trade-in, and left me nothing but bad debt.
