Worst Appliance Service Ever. They were supposed to show up on a Friday, never showed & I did not receive a call either. 5 days later when I was finally able to get ahold of them I was told their previous service stop ran over. But they couldn't pick up the phone to call me & tell me they weren't going to show?????

Then when the technician finally came (another 2 days later) he looked at my washer & said he didn't know what was wrong, so he would have to call the tech support line for that machine. Then he insisted I pay him $60 for diagnosing the problem (which he didn't even do). I didn't feel comfortable paying him b/c he did not seem to know what he was doing, but per our home warranty I had to pay him the $60.

Then I waited to hear from him regarding what the problem was, but he never called back. Another 5 days later, I was able to get ahold of him & he said, "Oh, your warranty company was supposed to call you, your machine isn't broken, you're just not putting a big enough load of laundry in it, so I don't need to come back." GRRRRRR- if my machine was working, I wouldn't be calling a repair company & it's not just that I'm putting too few items in each load. Come on, I've been dealing with this washer problem for several months now & it's gotten progressively worse. Like I need to pay a technician $60 to tell me to run bigger loads in the wash. So now I'm out $60 & my washer still doesn't work. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT & DISHONEST.
