Very Helpful and Friendly. Took my car here for the first time. I've been finding some flaws with my current mechanic who I wont mention.

My 4-runner was having a steering vibration problem but already replaced the front rotors and pads at another shop as they said it would solve the problem. Not! . They kept my car half day which is fine because that tells me they're really looking into the problem, diagnosed the problem and drove it home with not an issue and was not charged a dime???!

"Bring it back if it still persists. Drive it over the weekend and come back and pay next week if you feel we fixed it" Seriously!! A++ on customer service. That's how you get customers to come back! So far so good! It is Thursday and I will go back tomorrow after work to pay them and give them my business from this point on for anything that has to do with my cars. Found my new shop!

Jerry was very helpful and really wants to help you get back on the road. Not try to rip you off. They fix what needs to be fixed.

great service!!! thanks. I came in early Saturday morning for brake service and an oil change.The prices were great and I was only there for a little over an hour! I will highly recommend to my friends!

AVOID!!!!!. Supposed to have replaced an alternator, the car has broken down 3 times in 1 week due to them installing faulty alternators.

Very rude, they are promoting false advertisement, advertise as having free towing, I have paid for towing 3 times, for their faulty work. I believe my car has been sabotoged, I was told I had $400 worth of work needing to be done that DID NOT need to be done.

They're a RIP OFF, AOVID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid. I can't speak for other's experiences, but I received unprofessional service. I brought the car in for one problem, I was charged for them fixing something else. After informing them that I did not need or ask for what they had done, the owner insisted that they had a right to charge me anyway. He said I should pay or else they would take the car in the back and reverse all they had done.

I talked it over with him for a while and he eventually agreed that I could pay the originally agreed upon price. I get the car back, and THEY HADN'T FIXED ANYTHING. They hadn't fixed it (actually, they had made the problem worse) and had the audacity to charge me twice what we had agreed upon.

Maybe it was an honest mistake, maybe it was price gouging for terrible service. All I know is there are plenty of auto repair shops nearby, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Super nice and honest.. I was introduced to this Auto Repair shop a few years ago when my 2001 ML350 Mercedes stopped running. My best friend referred me to One Stop Auto Repair. They took care of my car problem for cheap and my car ran just like new. My whole family and all of my friends bring cars here ever since for any car services. Super nice and honest, responsive and understanding, and always treats their customers with respect.
