The hardest part is getting over the fact everything auto wise costs far more than you want to spend. I knew something was wrong with my brakes and I new it wasn't going to be cheap so I was on edge and they did a amazing job of explaining things to me and the cost associated with it......and then the worst thing happened that you just think every place is going to do ...."there's something else wrong" and indeed the other break caliper was shot and they even gave me a shot at seeing if I could get the brake piston back in. They knew where my train of though was and only charged me for the part and not the extra hour of labor they needed to complete the other side.

First impressions make a big difference and I think they get that here. The place is very clean and the people behind the counter are very friendly. You feel a little better leaving your car here than you do at some places.

Awesome! Squeezed me in even when he was super booked, finished the job quicker than anticipated AND he saved me money on transmission fluid! Would definitely bring my car in again!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, JERRY THE OWNER HAS CALLED ME B@#$HES,RACIST SLURS,...HE IS VERY RUDE AND DONT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS HE PUT A BAD TRANSMISSION IN MY CAR. I TOOK MY CAR TO HIM TO GET IT FIXED AND SIX MTHS LATER THE TRANSMISSION WAS GONE AGAIN AND THE CAR STILL ISNT DRIVING, HE WILL NOT HONOR MY WARRANTY,AND I MAKE MY PAYMENTS EVERY MTH ON TIME.....MY BUMPER ALSO HAD SCRATCHES ON IT WHEN I PICKED IT UP, HE CAUSES SO MUCH DRAMA I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO ONE STOP AUTO BECAUSE OF HIS VERBAL THREATS ABOUT NOT HONORING MY WARRANTY AND DISRESPECT, HE ALSO HAS THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SO WHEN HE DO SCAMMING THINGS LIKE THIS U CANT TAKE HIM TO COURT DOWNTOWN, U HAVE TO GO TO ARBITRATION COURT ONLY AND THE CONSUMER IS RARELY GIVEN A FAIR CHANCE,I HERE SO MUCH BAD STUFF ABOUT ONE STOP I WISH I WOULDVE KNOWN B4 I TOOK MY CAR THERE...I PAID 3,000 DOLLARS FOR A BAD TRANSMISSION AND DISREPECT.....PLEASE STAY AWAY

good as ever. now I usually dont have time for this kind a stuff, because if you get a repair, you expect it to be fixed right and the price to be fair. but when I heard Tim Watts recommend you on the radio it reminded me. This OneStop place has done my fourth repair in six years and my old buick is hummin right along. (the last time they didn't replace what i told them to and i was wrong, they fixed the right thing).

so its always been good work. good price. no big thing.

Personal service. When you go to One Stop, you will get personal service. The owner Jerry remembered by car's make and model when he saw me walk in! It is nice to deal with the same person face-to-face when I come to One Stop. I can trust my car there.

good and honest. I took my car into one stop for noise in front suspension that the dealership said was nothing wrong but they found problem and fixed it in couple of hours and i'm sure it was alot cheaper tan i could have imaged that the dealer would have charged if they could have found problem. So thanks to all the good service!!!!!!!
