Same bad service will keep me away. I used jiffy lube on my last car 5 yrs ago and had the exact same experience as my fellow reviewer. The radiator had very little to no water. A couple weeks later I was stopped in traffic after a game. Enough harm was done that I went ahead and bought a new car.

Thanks for the warning. Good service goes a long way. and bad service will keep customers away!

Incompetent & rude. I had the jiffy lube "signature service" done on my car 10 days back. That includes checking all the car fluids. But they didn't do it. As a result, I had an empty radiator & my car overheated. Now the radiator, gasket & sensors need to be changed & i have a $1200 repair bill. If only Jiff Lube had checked the radiator fluid as they were meant to 'cos I paid them $60 for it. I wouldn't have this problem.

So today I call up Jiffy lube and they don't want to talk to me and hang up on me.
