Terrificly Helpful Staff.
As a non-professional appliance repairer, I have purchased parts from this business for more than 20 years. Their prices are very competitive, and the staff is unusually knowledgeable and helpful, and they genuinely try to help me with my problem. They have articulately (and respectfully) discussed whether my self-diagnosis (with help from the internet of course) may be wrong, whether the entire appliance should be replaced, and even whether I should hire a professional to fix it (which I sometimes have).
I have found the staff's attitude to be very unusual in today's culture. I recommend them very, very highly.
