Four West is Incredible!. My husband and I had our reception at the Inn at the Colonnade with Four West's catering - everyone said it was the BEST food they had ever had at a wedding (and I have picky family)! I went there a few months later for a work dinner and was not disappointed! The food was absolutely incredible - the veal melted in my mouth and was paired incredibly with its side dishes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Well-heeled patrons and unforgettable American cuisine distinguish this delightful restaurant inside the Doubletree Inn at the Colonnade.. The Scene
Much like the members of a private club, the privileged meet here to wheel, deal, wine and dine together. Not among the pedigreed? Dress up and take advantage of an unparalleled people-watching opportunity.

The Food
Considered one of the area's best restaurants, Polo Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and brunch on Sundays. Breakfast offers traditional morning foods, while lunch consists of creative salads and smaller versions of evening entrees. Luscious dinner dishes include crispy-seared rockfish with lump crab in chive-lemon sauce, the famous fried lobster tail, and grilled veal chop with polenta and Madeira wine sauce. Meat lovers rave over the double-cut Colorado lamb chops with black currant sauce, or the aged filet mignon, possibly the most flavorful beef in the region. Try to save room for one of the day's imaginative desserts.

Best Lamb Chops. Whenever I travel on business to other parts of the US, I always make one of my diner choices lamb chops. I've been to the Chicago Chop House and places in California where they served excellent chops but my home town Polo Grill restaurant has got them all beat. You must try them and compare for yourself. The fried lobster tail is also a great choice.

So elegant. It's the perfect place for any special occasion. The staff is extremely attentive, well trained, and professional. It was a pleasure dining there. The food is very good, with a creative twist to traditional plates. It's well worth the extra money you may spend there.
