Soupy Slop. I was hesitant about ordering from here, considering literally every review I found online was negative, but the Indian delivery options are pretty limited where I work. I was expecting a long delivery time considering the other reviews I read, surprisingly they arrived right when they said they would. To put it succinctly, the vindaloo that I ordered was watery, soupy, bland, every piece of chicken was tasteless with fat all over it. The potatoes were dried out and tasted like cardboard. The spices were nonexistent. I didn't even know it was possible to make Indian food tasteless, but apparently it is. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. Please do not order food from this place!! Very unprofessional and delivery time took forever!! People unapologetic. Choose another place. I will not order from there again.

absolutely rediculous servise.. i place an order for one palak paneer and lamb curry and they deleiver the the palak paneer with pieces of lamb in in and calling back regarding that i was told they they will do something on the next order .. when we want to speak the manager the manager on the back in the mother language which is hindi said to the lady on the phone to let the customer who is me that " tell the customer that i am not here " aftere arguing they agree to send me the correct food but they said it is going to take 2 houres .. after almost 1 and 1/2 hours when i caleed theuy told me they the manager wants to talk to me and he is not there once he will come to restaurant he will talk to me and then they will send someone at our place... after that it is almost an hour nobody called me . i place an orber at 5.30 pm and right now 9.30 i am still waiting for the food which i already paid fr... please stay away from this place ...they are not professional ...at least they should coereect their mistake rathar to avoid to face it. please make sure before you pay that whether you receive the right thing 'coz once you they dont wanna talk to you.

Slowest Delivery Service in the World. India Tandoor is the worst Indian restaurant in Baltimore. I have eaten from here 5 times. 3 times take-out, and twice delivery. Yes, they do deliver, but 2 hours late as it warns on FetchFood.

Actually it took them 2 hours 30 mins to get me my food. I ordered (from Foodler) at 19:12, I see that India Tandoor received the order at 19:13 (the order was attached to the bag). I didnt get the food until 21:42. I do not know how many times I called. Once they even told me that the delivery guy was out on call and his cell phone battery died. He then called me a few minutes later to tell me he was on his way. Not sure where he got the battery from all of a sudden.

When I got the food, the rice was plain rice not saffron, and there wasn't any garlic bread. Awful.

They told me that it was because it is a Friday and they were busy. I am sure it is the same every Friday. Every review I read says they are terribly slow delivering. If they can not do it, then they shouldn't do it. Terrible.
