Great service, low interest rate, fees very low. Through a friend's recommendation, I went through Residential Mortgage Solutions to refinance my home. They made the whole refinance experience a breeze. They were able to find me a lower fixed rate with next to no fees. The only out of pocket money I needed was to pay for the home appraisal, since they are indepenent and not part of thier company. I would recommend them to everyone.
