Clean, safe place to live

My family & I lived here from 1996-1997. The grounds are clean and well kept. Never had any maintenance problems-no rodents or vermin. Neighbors were not any problem. This complex is small but maintains its atmosphere as a place you would want to live. One day a child threw a baseball through my bedroom window & the man told me his address. I reported that to the office but they still tried to charge me for the window-which I refused to pay for. This is not a bad place at all to live and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate to a definte 8 1/2....hey, no place is perfect, but Eastgate is pretty darn good!
