Merritt blvd pizza huts terrible food and service.. ordered a pizza at 2:33 estimated time of delivery was 3:38 at 4:00 we called to find out what was taken so long and they assured us it was on its way. at 4:35 delivery girl arrives with pizza.the pizza was cold and seemed like it had been sitting out. we called to get in touch with a manager. while discussing the problem the manager had an attitude with me. so we told the manager we were coming for a refund. when we got their their were very few customers in the restaurant. while we waited are 15 minutes for are refund we talked with the line of customers in carry out who were also waiting 45 minutes for their food after being told 15. most were disgusted with the place and a few just left. i will never order from the pizza hut on merritt blvd. again and will tell all of my friends and family about their terrible service and attitude they have towards their customers. because you have to get a rating to send this review you get one star if it was my choice you would get none.

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies.. In Short
Kid-friendly eat-in restaurants and small takeout shops alike sport interiors done in the signature red and white with a touch of yellow. Orders are placed at the counter--whether customers choose to stay or go--and pies are baked per request. Pizzas--from the hand-tossed to the twisted crust--dominate the menu, but the restaurant also offers chicken wings, salads and cinnamon bread sticks.
