Customer service makes my skin crawl..
I have my mortgage with this company and my skin crawls when I speak to anyone in the mortgage office. The customer service agents are rude and smug - like a teenager with a chip on her shoulder.
The overwhelming feeling I get when I call there is that I am a lowlife with an unwanted debt to their company.
Last I checked we entered into a mutually agreeable contract. Someone tell that to the people on the phone at the bank!
