Steak-Out. Cheese steak sub that is out of this world. Plentiful and fast...don't let the line fool you...it moves fast. Only downside, in the original location in Logan Village, no place to sit down.
I REMEMBER!. I can remember when I was young lad coming up. We lived in pasadena. And my granfather worked for bethlham steel. He would tke all teh grand kids to Captian Harvey's for steaksubs once a week. I could remeber pulling up to that place back with folk and getting a nice messy juicy steak and cheese sub. When I sarted dating one day riding along I said to my girlfriend who is now my wife let me take you to get some mess good food and that is where we went. With two kids when ever my daughter says steak and cheese we ride all the way to dundalk to get a good chesse and steak it's work the drive and the time.
Good Eats!!. Took a road trip from Severn to Dundalk to try this famous so called Cheese Steak sub. Oh my God! What a meal! This Texas gal is hooked on it. It's a place where I take out of town visitors to eat. It's an area attraction for them.
Only 5 minutes away!. I am happy Captain Harvey's is only 5 minutes away from my home. The food is always great and fresh.
Old Soldier Remembers. As a young Army Privated at Fort Holabird I have many fond memories of Captain Harveys. Near the end of the month I would roll all my accumulated pennies so I could get a delicious Submarine sandwich... Of course, Fort Holabird is a now a memory... but every time I return to Baltimore I always make it a point to stop for the best sub ever made. Thirty years have past but the quality and quanity of food has not changed! Keep up the tradition!!! C. G. "Al" Alvord, Arcadia FL
Best Sub on the East Coast!!.

But just looking at a Captain Harvey's sub, you start racking up the calories.
There is no comparison of cheese-steak sub anywhere. They put soooo much meat on the sub that you have to take the extra off and eat it with a fork. It is impossible to completely close a sub.
You can smell Captain Harvey's Cheese Steak Sub, when you drive past and it makes you wanna turn around and get a sub. NO ONE can beat Captain Harvey's
You are way off!!. Hi if you have ever been to Baltimore you know seafood is big! If you have ever been to Captin Harveys you know it is Baltimores Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Captin Harveys Is #1 and Double T is #2. I am from Baltimore. My husband and I drive Tractor trailer and we eat out all of the time!! Captin Harveys is not a fancy place but it is the best!!!! On a scale of 1 - 10 Captin Harveys is a 100!!!
Best of the Best.
I am in my 50's and have been going to Captain Harvey's for their Cheese Steak Subs ever since I can remember.
I now live in Pasadena and travel over the Key Bridge just to get these wonderfully filling delicious tasting subs. Their Corn Fritters are a great treat also.
Mention Captain Harvey's at my place of work and Everyone in my Department is ready to order. We placed an order for over $250.00 and received it with only 2 mistakes. Not too Bad!! Of course they fixed the problem with extras to boot to the person who went back later to pick up the order. Nice!!
Filling. Their Cheesesteak subs are a meal in itself! Always the sub is overstuffed with freshly cut meat. Not store bought wafer thin. It is worth the price ($4.50 for a half sub). I live only a block and a half from the sub shop, and when people ask me where I live, I say Logan Village in Dundalk. They usally say where? Then I say near Capt. Harvey's Sub Shop, which then they know exactly where it is.
Delicious. Captain Harvey's Submarines are the best. They put so much meat and fixings on the roll, that you cannot really eat it all at one time. The staff is very friendly and they work hard to get you in and out, but it is usually crowded.
