The atmosphere isn't much to brag about, but the cheesteaks are filled with meat and are very heavy. They are very quick at making your food so there is never a long wait.

We were very excited when Captain Harveys opened a new store on Belair Road. Tried the cheesesteaks and they lived up, in every respect, to the ones you get in Dundlak. Huge portions, juicy, flavorful steak and the store was very clean. We are looking forward to enjoying many more subs from Captain Harveys right in our own neighborhood.

This small shop makes a huge sub. And don't think quantity means a sacrifice of quality. Their subs are simply the best. I favor the cheesesteak with simply that: cheese and steak. I'm a large guy and I can normally polish off a foot long sub plus some at any other location. At this establishment, I'm lucky if I can eat a six inch! PROS: Good food, Good prices, Good location CONS: Don't go there on a diet!
