my dog has better manners than the manager at this bank.
Branch manager is a coward who hides upstairs instead of being on the floor. No matter what day or time you enter this facility, the robotic response from any staff member is "the manager is in meetings all day". How conveneient. So, I said I would wait I the lobby to speak him, he came down and berated me for doing so. His stated " how dare you interrupt my meetings" and "it isn't my job to have to speak to you in person". Well then someone please explain to me what this guys job is, if being available to customers is not his responsibility. As a young professional this bank has lost any potential business of mine for next 50 years.. I will also make it my duty to share my experience with every individual in the Baltimore area. The corporate office says this manager has had several complaints and did apologize for his awful behavior.
