family owned and operated-the greatest. the fact it is family operated is the greatest.Everyone is friendly and happy to wait on you.The food is great and very reasonably priced.the owner is a very nice lady who works her butt off.A great find

Great crabs. I was reading some of these reviews and I would have to disagree. Why would you eat somewhere that smells like cow dung and dirty, that statement makes absolutely no sense. Certain places are good for certain things. It wasn't dirty when I ate there, but the place is small and old,so if you're looking for upscale and roomy thats not the place for you. The crabs are enormous which is a plus for me. They didn't get a five only because there jumbo's are $90, but ultimately you get what you pay for and it was worth it. I've even eaten there and I guess luckly for me the party of 12 that was in attendance with me are satisified with their meals. Great time, great place for crabs.

TORE UP THE MENU!!!. We ordered from Ross' today. What were we thinking? The crab cakes were small and full of shells. The chicken sandwich was large, but had no flavor. We are still trying to figure out the cost. Nothing but complaints from the three of us. If I could ask for a refund on delivered food - I would. The pickle was the best tasting thing. We tried to think outside of the box for lunch today, and would rather stay inside than eat here.

The last poster was right, if you work here you must like it.

Don't eat from here. They didn't tell me how much my order was until it was at my front door, by then they already charged my credit card. They charged me $2.00 more for the crab imperial. When I called them the girl who took my order said I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that we charge a $1.00 more for anything with crab, because crab meat is hard to get rite now. So if I would have known that it would have been $20.95 not $18.95 I would not have gotten it.Then when I went to eat I really got mad there where two small things that they call crab imperial it was a joke. Every bite I took there was a shell in it. So for any one who is looking for seafood at a good price don't eat here. I can say that the Boulevard Diner on Merritt Blvd has great seafood. I love seafood . I had gotten the crab imperial from there last week for dinner it cost less ,you get alot more crab meat ( lump crab meat) , and it tast so good. So I just have to say DON'T EAT AT ROSS CRAB HOUSE THEY SUCK. They couldn't pay me to eat there. If anyone says they like Ross crab house they must work for them. If you ever drive by there you will see no one there to eat because they suck and they are dirty in side the restaurant, and it smells like cow poop.

Ross' is the best!. Ross' has the best food, i work there and get food from them all the time! I dont think i would want to get food from anywhere else. Also they have great prices on great things. If you ever wanna try them out you wont regret it!

Ross' Food is Great!. Ross' Philly Cheese Steak is Awesome!

They delivery right to our business. Ross' has a large catering menu with good prices and many trays for business lunches.

Wholesale CrabMeat to the public and many Fresh Seafood Market Selections.

Ross' has All-U-Can-Eat Crab Specials that are really worth the price!

Baltimore's Best Crab House!. These Crabs are sooo big!

I called in my order and it was delivered to my home.

There's a large carryout menu with lots of my favorites like a Stuffed Fried Hard Crab and an Enormous Fish Sandwich. This is the best restaurant in the Dundalk Area.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!. Been there twice, both times they were out of decent crabs. The ones they did have didn't even look legal. So when ordering off of the menu the server was about 80 years old and as cranky as she looked.

Food was under-cooked and had to be sent back. Big screen TV was broken both times. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Rude and disrespectful. The manager was rude and disrespectful to the eldery. The food was not impressive for the money that we spend. The manager such have stay upstairs and not been around the customers. They have just lost our business but I have to say that the ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful.
