Wrong Address...right name.. Well the address on here is wrong-its on Elliott street in Baltimore. I found this bar to be superb for locals. The food was amazing due to a recent change in the kitchen. The cook is wonderful with his food and a guaranteed success with anyone! The bar staff is fun and friendly, its like cheers there, they always know your name and what you drink. They also have a great selection of microbrews and beers overall. I have met some great people here. Outside seating allows you to have your dog with you! I loved it! If you are looking for a bar that doesn't have the riff raff like the square, this is your bar. Congrats to the owner and the staff there for making this a great place to be!

45 minute wait for food!. Def. not a local neighborhood joint to suggest to neighbors or friends. The service is incredibly slow...our food was not ready after 45 minutes so we paid for our drinks and left (after an upset owner tried to force us to pay for dinner.) We ordered a tuna salad - SEARED rare...it should have been ready in 20 (30 to be generous) minutes, tops. The diners next to us waited over one hour for french fries!!! They advertise Delerium...this is what drew us in the first place...only to find out they do not have it in stock. My Advice: save your money, walk around the corner to Canton Square where you will find much better service, atmosphere and appreciate for dining at their establishment. Two thumbs down for Pickled Parrot.
