There's a great deal of music related products to choose from at Bill's. The displays and layout of the stores allows the customer to view the products clearly as well as try them out. Walking space is also very good.

I am very happy with Bill's. Even when you were working on getting my paper work done, I must have been asked at least 5-6 times by other reps if I needed help. When I would go in other shops, I got treated like I was some "punk" kid just there to mess with equipment and not actually buy anything. This is such a misrepresentation of the person I am! Needless to say, that was quite insulting to me. It was totally the opposite with your store! Bill's Music has secured my business as well as the business of the other 5 members of my band!

Matt provided excellent all around service. Very professional and knowledgeable coupled with an unassuming demeanor. He went the extra mile to find the right guitar for me. He was very patient and that says alot because I can be a very demanding customer at times.

Jim, thanks for wonderful service. When I step into your doors, I'm going to be served with respect and given time to browse at my leisure. I always, and stress ALWAYS find what I'm looking for. I might have to sacrifice cost, but compared to large chains, Bill's senior staff NEVER FAILS ME! Jim, along with Lou, both have never turned away a possible sale, even if I was a young looking punk.

My experience was great, as it always is at Bill's. I rarely shop anywhere else for my musical gear. Bill's is always my first stop.

back in december i order a new st of drums from bills , in about 4 wks they arrived , i order red color , but the drums were dark more like wine , i took them home , about 4 days later i knew i did't like the color , went to bills and talk to lou , he said we will do what it takes to make you happy , so i waiting for my set of drums , thank you guys
