My experience was great, as it always is at Bill's. I rarely shop anywhere else for my musical gear. Bill's is always my first stop.

back in december i order a new st of drums from bills , in about 4 wks they arrived , i order red color , but the drums were dark more like wine , i took them home , about 4 days later i knew i did't like the color , went to bills and talk to lou , he said we will do what it takes to make you happy , so i waiting for my set of drums , thank you guys

Lou is the best. great store; excellent, attractive and smart customer care people up front; very nice repair folks.

Been playing since I was a kid, and worked in a few music stores, and dealt with many more, you are no doubt one of the friendliest and most helpful people I've had dealings with. I'll definitely do more business with you guys and recommend you to my friends.

During my many years coming to Bill's I've noticed that Bill's Music store is much more friendlier and courteous as well as knowledgeable. These are the qualities I look for in sales representatives when I go to any music store. Lou is my go to guy and my favorite. He knows me by name and is willing to give a little time to help me be sure that I am spending my funds wisely. Bill's has been the only store that I have found exactly what I need every trip I make to the music store. I will be shopping at bill's for as long as I am involved in the wonderful world of music. Thank you Lou for making me feel like an important customer. Peace to all of the employees of Bill's Music Store and keep up the good work.

good stuff! Brennan- and all of the staff there @ Bill's- are very knowledgeable about their gear and how to listen to a customer and find the right tools to help them realize their musical dreams.... can't ask for a better deal than that!

Everything I have bought has been as descriped and the staff has been amazing. Love it, its like a treasure hunt every time I come in. They got me financed on a guitar to help rebuild my credit. Could not ask for better people
