BEWARE!!!. I am fed up with these bustards, and I want to do a public service and warn you as a stranger and a resident who have lived in these horrible homes long enough!!!!!!

The people who work at the main office are of another planet. That includes the people who you will be calling If something breaks/needs service. They are rude and treat you as If you were staying in their apartments for free/or If you were a section 8 tenant.

The handyman will not come when something breaks even though they are supposed to.

The handyman will treat you not treat you like human, and try to repair something that clearly needs to be replaced

all the kids from the neighbourhood, all the residents kids and their older siblings including adults will hang out at the small children play area till 12:00 am and sometimes later.

apartments have such walls and ceelings that you will hear everything your neighbours do.

repairman will come to your house (no matter what the weather is) and wont take their shoes of as if your apartment is an office(on a rainy day).

they will TAKE YOU TO COURT after couple days of missed rent. (only happened once and didnt get a warning or a phone call)

Their washer and dryers are from another century.

The oven in the kitchen is also from another century and you will have hard time keeping it clean.

The ac units are so noisy that you will hear it working from all around excluding bathrooms. And forget about sitting at the outside in your patio/balcony while the ac is on.

You will need to have a land line for them to program the buzzer, otherwise forget about it.

One more thing, if you are not convinced and are thinking of signing a lease, don’t get an apartment close to dumbsters as they stink and the trash is collected usually around 4-5 in the morning. A lot of noise. Another place to be staying away would be apartments that have patio/balcony looking at the front of the apartment/entrance. And finally If you think this place is nice and quite..get an apartment close to the child play area!

To sum it up I would stay away from this company/apartment complex because of all these problems.

If the rents were cheaper I would actually suggest this place. I have lived in these apartments long enough to tell you, you are better of elsewhere.
