Top notch place!!!. The Tire Network is a top notch place above all else in the Baltimore area!!! The owner Joe, is a super nice guy. Always helpful when I stopped by without an appointment and always helped no matter what he had going on. Not only does Joe own the Tire Network, he and his family are always there working hard and you get a great personal one on one experience. Family owned and ran and it really shows and makes a difference. This place has a fix and the knowledge for everything and anything your car needs. Excellent Customer Service!!. The Tire Network and Joe, for me, have gone out of their way for the past 3 years whenever i need service. I can get in easily, i can trust that they are doing the best for my car at the best price possible everytime. They go out of their way to make it a great experience for me, i would go nowhere else.The Tire Network is the best shop in Baltimore for any of your car needs. What a blessing!. I was in quite the financial bind when I first had to take my car to The Tire Network, but Joe was kind, honest, and thorough with his inspection of my car. He understood the stress that I was under and didn't try to pressure me into expensive repairs but took the time to explain the problems with my car and made recommendations for the best timeline for the repairs to be made in since he understood that I was tight on money. Unbelievably good customer service. This is the ONLY auto mechanics that I have ever had a positive experience with customer service at. Both times I have gone to Tire Network, the owner himself has gone out of his way to help me purchase the best tires for my budget and fixed a glitch in my car's computer system. He even arranged a ride home for me so that I wouldn't have to wait while the car was fixed, when it was going to take longer than he thought.
