Great Service/ Transaction. I recently purchased some Ocean Grafix charts from here The gentlemen on the phone was very attentive and helpful. And their prices were very good. They offer a wide variety of items either for higher level sailors or beginners. I would highly recommend them to anyone who likes to sail or is just learning.

Customer Service over the Phone - Offensive. Called to inquire about purchasing a nautical chart. From the very start of the conversation, the woman answering the phone was condescending and offensive. This company sells charts which you order on-line. I will be making all of my purchases elsewhere until they improve their interactions with customers.
