Great Local Hang out. I was in town for just one night and wanted to go someplace local. I couldn't have picked a better place. For a Tues night, the music and crowd was impressive. Tony the bartender was very knowledgeable about the beers on tap, not to mention adorably cute. Great experience! If I'm ever back in Baltimore, I'll make it to the Cat's Eye Pub for sure.…
