great customer service. I and my dad drove from Wash.DC to purchase bait ( bloodworms ) the people there were very friendly the worms were the best I seen so far this year. we are planning to go back there to purchase more on father day keep up the good work I highly recommended to visit there

Great store with great people. I have fished and shopped for fishing tackle for 40+ years. This store has the most knowledgeable, friendly people of all. Although the store looks small they have everything a fisherman would ever need at a great price. I have been going there for over 20 years.

Excellant customer service, very knowledgeable, huge inventory. We almost drove by ,what looked like just another tackle store,only this one is right in the heart of the city.

My husband pulled over ran in to see if they had any thing he might like, A second later he ran back out with this huge smile his eye were popping out of his head and said you have to see this place! When we went in the doors we couldn't believe it. My husband was running around as if he was a kid in a candy store. We walked around that store touching and telling fish stories for 31/2 hours. People were coming in and out and never once did they make us feel like we were taking to long or asking to many questions. They had answers for every question my husband asked and needed to know about fishing,and when he asked a question about a fishing trip we have planned to Virginia, they called a captain friend in Virginia ,for more information and let my husband speak to him directly. Needless to say we will be going back to Tochtermans for a long time. It's a hour drive for us but it was realy worth it. I do not remember my husband talking that much in a car going home from Baltimore ever. Nice ver Nice
