Please use another company these people charge crazy fees. 238.00 just to diagnose the porblem. 266.00 to secure a box in the switch ie out ne srews in so it does not wiggle then eletricle tape on the wires. 1 hour job 500 and the tech was creepy
I had a very unpleasant experience with Presto Electric recently. Incompetent service and unreasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and look for a different company and save yourself the trouble and money. I will NEVER recommend them.

Before even looking at anything, they make me sign a contract that they charge $59 just to come to your home. Then the tech wanted to charge me $238 just to assess, they will charge me more to fix. I called another electrician, the only thing wrong was we that we overloaded the circuit for our Christmas lights (we should have used two separate outlets to disperse the energy). So I could have been paying close to $500 for something that wasn't even a real problem. They do not even warn us of these hidden charges. I am absolutely dissatisfied with their conduct, I will never them call them again, and I recommend not using this company for any electrical problems.

I called them because we were having issues with some breakers tripping when we turned on a plug-in heater or air conditioner.
They got out to me the same day! They were very neat and professional, and even put shoe covers on when they entered my home. Once inside, they checked out my issue, diagnosed the problem and gave me an upfront flat-rate price, not like other providers, who give an estimate, and usually end up charging more at the end.
I always recommend Presto to all of my friends and family who need electrical services!
