EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND GREAT SERVICE!!. I bought my first Simplicity vacuum about 8 years ago from Bagdon's and love it. Only had to replace a couple belts and a cord but it is still the best of the best. I went off the owners advice and he was right!. Best money I ever spent. Bagdons stands behind what they sell and have been very friendly and helpful every time I visit them. Just bought a commercial one for my work and it works great. Bagdon's has maintained a good reputation as a local fixture in the community outserving the box chains and selling quality products with outstanding customer service.

Rude and Too Expensive. (Go to Hamilton Vacuum!). I went there on 2-11-12 to get a belt for my Hoover. They sold me 2 belts for $6.25. Fine. I got home and noticed that the part number was different. I went back for the right belt. The guy there said it was the right one but did not say how or why. I politely asked for my money back. He told the lady at the register to give me back my cash. Then the lady wants to know why. I told her "Wrong part number. I want to see what Hamilton vacuum has to say about it." He said, "You can go to Hamilton from now on!" I then said to him, "That's not cool. That's not how you talk to your customers. I'm gonna tell everybody what you said!"

Off I go to Hamilton Vacuum. I was able to buy just 1 belt for $2.49. The person at the counter explained to me that the part number has changed. (something that Bagdon's didn't do). They were very polite. After I told them about my experience, one of them laughed and said "He's a grouch. He's our best advertisement."
