Worms in Food happens sometimes, according to waitress. My family and I went to this restaurant on December 23rd. When the waitress finally came to our table to take our drink order, my husband asked if we could get some dinner rolls, and the waitress nastily said, " you will as soon as they get around to doing it!" At that point, I had a bad feeling about the service we would receive. Within a reasonable amount of time, our dinner salads came. As I was eating my ceasar salad, I noticed that what I thought was a spice actually had legs. It was a worm! When I brought it to the waitress's attention, she looked at it and said, "Oh, that happens sometimes!" I was disgusted and outraged! The manager came and apologized profusely, and after conversing with the manager, the waitress apologized if she offended me, but still said that sometimes this happens. Is it just me, or does anyone else think this is not okay?! To make a long story short, I could not eat me meal, which the manager comped. In addition, that night, my daughter had diarreah and vomited, and my uncle had diarreah. Now I am wondering if something was intentionally done to our main courses because of my complaint, or if that just happens sometimes too!

They lost a customer. Although the food at Mo's is excellent, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I took a party of 6 there. It seems the waitresses were having a power play of some kind because neither of 4 who were standing there wanted to seat us. When one of them finally led us to a seat, we did not find our seat acceptable and asked to move. We were told there wasn't enough room where we wanted to sit. Since my daughter had been there a few weeks before with the same sized party, she knew there was enough room where we asked to be seated. The waitress testily admonished us, "If you want to sit there that bad then go ahead, but if you're crowded, it's not my fault!" Then no one seemed to know which waitress was supposed to work our table; we wound up with 3, two of whom had very nasty attitudes. My plan was to leave a tip of one cent, and gosh darnit--they had included a hefty tip on our $150 bill. I was very unhappy with the service. Customers should not be made to feel like they are bothering the people who are paid to wait on them. It is not very likely that I will be going back.

Disapointed for the $$$. Dinner at Mo's Fisherman Exchange was a disappointment. Bottom line...the food, the service, and the atmosphere not worth the $110 I was charged for 4 people. On the Sunday we went, the menu was changed to only entrees of $19 and UP available. No sandwiches were available. The $22 crab cakes I was served were huge but ALL FILLER with little taste. My cream of crab soup was all shells. When I told the waitress, she apologized and walked away. I had to call her back to get a substitute order of soup. When I spoke to the manager about the poor quality of the crab cakes I was being charged $22 for, I was told there was nothing he could do about that. The service was less then mediocre but a 15% gratuity was charged on the bill. The dining room was miserably setup with each table just inches from the next. I will never go back.

WORST MANAGEMENT ANYWHERE. JUST SUM UP AS AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TRY TO TELL THE MANAGER THAT THE ORDER YOU JUST SPENT OVER $100.00 WAS NOT CORRECT AND SHE SAYS THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH PROBLEMS RIGHT NOW AND CALL BACK IN AFTER 5:30, IN 5 HOURS. AND WE ARE A COMPANY THAT HAS ORDERED LARGE SPREADS AT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS A POP AND THAT'S HOW WE'RE TREATED. HOW DO YOU THINK THE AVERAGE CUSTOMER WILL BE TREATED?
