Bad Mistake. Although the doors we had installed are very nice and good quality, the arrogance and unprofessionalism of our salesaman overshadowed the experience for us. He was very defensive when asked specific questions about pricing and became sarcastic when I asked if I could get extra keys.......his response,"Well, you can go up to Home Depot and have some extra keys made". Not a nice guy......like I said, good quality doors but customer service skills and professionalism are lacking. The doors have a lifetime guarantee but I wonder what it will be like to actually get something fixed if needed. Never again for MasterSeal!

Never use this company. If service is part of the sales pitch from this company - RUN as fast as you can! These people wouldn't know how to provide good (not even adequate) service ever!

bad. I spent 3600.00 dollars on a door that has broken the seal two times and is only three years old.. Costing me money each time to pay for insulation. They installed locks that only lasted a couple of years and wanted 150.00 for a replacment lock. I would never recommend this company.
