Greatest Money I Ever Spent on Myself!. I was hesitant at first to spend the money on a regular cleaning service, but this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. MaidPro is GREAT! My house is cleaned from top to bottom every other week, and there are special little details too! Little fans in my kleenex boxes and fancy folds in my towels are just a few ways they impress me every time. My kitchens and bathrooms are spotless which is the most important thing to me. I like that they send a feedback form to my email after each clean too. If I ask for something special, they always make sure to get it done in the next clean. Overall, this is a really nice company to work with.

Do NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK!. Do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!

We have used cleaning services in the past and these people totally missed the mark. Was quoted over the phone for a fee that included having two people come clean and clean my whole house. I thought the estimate was a bit high but justified it in that they were going to be able to get my whole house clean and it was a team of two. Well only one person showed up and she could not even clean my whole first floor in 4 1/2 hours! I can usually clean my whole house in 3 hours (mind you I have a ranch style house with a full basement) I wanted a cleaning service because I was pressed for time and did not want the hassle.

I was completely unsatisfied and they said they wanted to rectify the situation and would send back a team of two the next day. Again, only one person showed up and she just cleaned the remaining rooms that were not cleaned the first time and did not go back over the rooms that had not been cleaned fully the first time!

This has now become even more of a hassle as I had originally tried to avoid in the first place because I went and cleaned on top of the two times these people "cleaned"

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

And! they took my payment automatically even though I kept complaining that I was not satisfied!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

My life just got easier. I love a perfect, clean home, so I always spent hours each weekend running around buffing and scrubbing my home. My husband kept telling me to hire a service so I wouldn't have to work so hard on the weekends. I own a busy child care center and I work hard managing the business and taking care of the children. When I come home from work, the last thing I want to do is clean. One day when I was really tired I decided to look for a company, and I was so lucky to have found Maidpro. The first time I came home after my visit, I was so surprised. I couldn't believe how clean everything was. We have a house full of dogs and after they are finished cleaning, the hair is gone and the nose prints in the kitchen are also gone! My stainless steel trashcan was even cleaned. After each visit, I can't wait to come home to my clean, fresh smelling home. I can't believe I waited so long.

Love this Company!. We just started using MaidPro a couple of months ago and it has made a world of difference! My husband and I work over 50 hours a week and with two small animals it has been really hard for us to keep the house clean. Amber is UNBELIEVABLE! We are so excited to come home on Tuesdays knowing that she took the best care of our home. I am so thankful for everything MaidPro does. From their owner, Eric to their cleaning staff, everyone is super nice and friendly and willing to accomodate to anything that we ask of them. I tell everyone I know about them!

Great Service!. I have been a customer of MaidPro for the past several months and couldn't be happier. My two cats create a mess that I finally realized I was not able to keep up with. Having Amber from MaidPro come in every two weeks or once a month has made a HUGE difference in how clean my home now is. Because of the cats I have particular cleaning preferences and Eric, the owner, has been wonderful in accomodating my requests and making sure things get done the way I want. MaidPro always follows through in making sure I am satisfied with the service after each visit. I highly recommend them.
