Wallace Campbell- A company mamages by greed. I used to live in a development that manages by Wallace Campbell. We have a president who sneaks around and writes you up if you forgot to take down your Christmas decoration by Jan. 15. I stained the deck wrong color and I understood that I have to follow the rules. The mistake wasn't intentional. While I was working, they sent someone to come over instead of putting a coat on the insisting stain, they ripped off a piece of wood and put on a new one then charged me $150. They didn't give me enough time to correct the mistake. They threatened to put a lien on my condo to the point they took me to court for $150 that they replaced the piece of wood without notify me. Their lawyer charged me $1100 for the service on top of that. I love my condo but I couldn't wait to get the h3ll out. Every time I received any letter with Wallace Campbell's name on it, I got nervous because I didn't know whether they're suing me for something I didn't know. Finally I sold the place and now it's someone else's nightmare
We have had awesome coverage. I am a homeowner at a local property that Wallace Campbell has managed for over 20 years. I feel that we have been treated with the utmost respect. If I call I usually talk with a person but if I get their voice mail than I get a call back within a 24 hours. The people I talk with are very helpful and if they don’t have an answer for me right away they will tell me that they will get an answer and call me back and they usually do. Our accounts are taken care of properly and accurately. For those people that have violations are attended to. If there are delinquent accounts they work with the homeowners before being turned over to the attorney for collections. They work diligently on keeping our delinquent accounts to keep them at a minimum. I really don’t know why someone would say that they are not helpful or disrespectful cause I can attest that they are not.
Condo management? What a disappointment!. This company's property management has a long history and pattern of ignoring facts, of falsely accusing owners of infractions without verification and evidence, of refusing to respond to critical defensive testimony, of deliberately disregarding due process vis-a-vis these accusations, and of needless harassment. When confronted with contradictions and ineffectiveness, the property manager hides behinds a discriminatory, ambiguous and self-serving condo association whom evidentally believe themselves unaccountable for themselves. I was blatanly mislead into thinking that this company exists for my benefit. STAY AWAY!!!!
TERRIBLE!. This company is by far the WORST HOA management company I have experienced. Not only will they nickel and dime you every chance they get, but they are a source of misinformation in the meantime! The customer service is atrocious and my property manager is rarely, if ever in the office; when I have actually had the chance to speak with the property manager she knew next to nothing and had a major attitude. Lazy, useless, would NOT recommend.
Very bad property management firm. I am, unfortunately, in one of the neighborhoods who have Wallace H. Campbell as a property management firm. They're rude, incompetent, money grubbing, and obnoxious. If I had my way they would be fired from being the management firm in my neighborhood and then put out of business! They've forgotten that they are supposed to serve their customers (us) and not the other way around. We don't exist for them, they exist for us!
