I found this store this past summer and have been back several times. I am always impressed by the service and selection. This is my daughters new favorite place to shop for her dance wear and my son loves looking around at the costumes. I recommend this place to my friends all the time now.

Great Service Great Price!!. If you want good, experienced old fashion service, then this is the place to go. I went shopping for salsa dance shoes (character shoes), in which I knew very little about at the time. The person that waited on me was very knowledgeable and attentive. This wonderful lady did my sizing, made suggestions, and brought out what seems like an endless supply of shoes. If you don't see what you are looking for on display, just ask because they probably have it. The prices were comparable or just slightly different to what I found on line. But the primary difference was that I walked out of the store feeling confident about my selection, knowing that the shoes fit, were very comfortable, of high quality, and a great price. This store has everything, from costumes, to ballet shoes, with all kinds of dance gear. Not something you find everyday, and I would recommend highly...

Best pointe shoes. I have been taking my children here for years and it has been by far the best place to come especially for pointe shoes. They have a huge variety of brands and styles, accessories, and will spend as long as it takes to get the perfect shoe for my daughter (and have been doing this since her first pair 5 years ago). A few times I tried ordering online or going to another store in pikesville and it has been a disaster, will continue to go to artistic all the time for now on!

ARTISTIC IS GREAT :). I have been going to Artistic Costumes and Dance Fashions since I was a little girl. The staff has always been nice to all the customers that walk in. I always enjoy looking at the thousands of different things the store as to buy. The store has a great selection of dance shoes, tights, leotards, party masks, costumes, make up and the list goes on. I am currently a Towson University student and dance for the school and my trip to Artistic is always fast, convienent, and brings back so many great memories as a young child going with my mom. I would recommend this store along with all the dance teachers in the baltimore area!!!!!!!

WARNING. The staff at this store are so rude. They act like this store is the only store in the world. My daughter hates going into the store. The owner was so nasty to my daughter that I refuse to go back. The dance teacher warned us about this store but we were in a rush. What a huge mistake. Every other dance mother I interact with also refuses to go the this store. They also make it impossible to return anything.

Great. I have been coming to artistic costumes and dance since I was very youing. I have always received the best cutomer service and have always been able to find what I was looking for or they have been able to order it for me. The owner and her staff have always greeted me with a smile and made me feel like I was special. I would recommend Artistic to anyone looking for dancing needs as well as stage make and or costumes. I have never seen such a wide selection any where in the area.

HORRIBLE. The worst shopping experience. IN SHORT- THE STORE IS A MESS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR (INCLUDING OWNER). BUISSNESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL.
