Burned My Hair & Scalp - Blamed Me. I had my hair cut, colored and styled there. Within 30 minutes of leaving the salon appointment my scalp started burning. It was awful. I didn't know what was going on! I went home and after 20 minutes under the shower my head starting feeling less in pain. I calle the salon and spoke to Jeanie who did not do the work but is the boss. She was suspicious of me like I did something wrong asking me what I did to my hair! After I went a little crazy she said she would give me a credit for another appointment and a massage. I demanded my money back and after several minutes Jeanie finally and not very friendly gave me a refund. It's been 2 weeks since the appointment and my hair has been brittle and has started coming out. Another salon said I could lose quit a bit of hair before it starts to come back. I'm thinking of suing this salon. How can they be allowed to treat people like this and get away with it? Never use them.

Love John Paul! He is just the BEST!!!. John Paul was truly amazing! I am so happy with what he did for my hair! I would recomend him to anyone! Such a fabulous place with a great staff!

Amazing place.... the customer service is outstanding...Jeanie herself, is there to provide personal ideas and quality services.. I would have to say by far the best haircolor around...go to jeaniesspa.com ...there entire menu is available as well as downloadable giftcards...

no compensation. I went to Jeanie's to have my hair done for my wedding. I went for a trial run the day of my bridal shower and was very disappointed...hair and make up looked terrible and all of the friends at my shower agreed. I called to let Jeanie know that I was unhappy and she offered to make me another appointment for a trial. I told her that I did not want to spend another $120 on a trial on top of the $120 I already spent and would be spending the day of my wedding. She said she was sorry and promptly canceled my appointment and the appointments for my bridal party. Not only is this poor customer service, it is poor business practice. She lost out on nearly $700! I would never recommend this salon

Superb Massage Therapist. Recently my fiance and I spent the weekend in Annapolis for her birthday. She is a massage therapist and I thought it would be a good idea to schedule a session for her. I called Jeanie's and they worked out a time (staying later than normal) on saturday evening to accomidate our limited stay. Truely, they went above and beyond to make my fiance's birthday present one she will not soon forget. Thank you Jeanie!
