Best Bus Service in this area. Eyre Bus has been a presence in Columbia ever since we moved here in 1980. They have a distinguished record for helping this community connect to DC and Baltimore! Their buses, always spotlessly clean, their friendly drivers and reliable service have been a positive feature in our city. This spring our company chartered Eyre's executive coach for a fun filled trip to DC and we had a great time! the driver was very friendly, a true host - and the bus was very comfortable and made the ride itself an unexpected highlight of our trip!

Well Done!. This was my first time chartering a bus, actually two buses this summer. I was very pleased with Eyre, everything from start to finish was excellent and professional. The drivers were very friendly and most importantly very safe. Thanks again for making my first experience a good one.

Really Excellent Service. Thank you Eyre for your excellent service for our church. Most especially, we were very pleased with the drivers, who were friendly and polite to all of our guests and worked hard to make the experience a good one for us. I will absolutely use Eyre again!

Eyre Bus has Worst Customer Service. Driver (African American with glasses - he refused to tell his name) insulted the customer when asked if the ticket needed PAID stamped on it , by asking the customer to go back and sit down. When asked for his name, the driver asked the passenger to get out of the bus. When passenger refused to get down and went back to her seat, driver followed and asked the passenger many times to get out of the bus even thought the ticket was paid for. The online email to lodge the complaint was never answered. The 'manager' never returned many calls to lodge complaint. The person who finally answered said 'Driver had all the right to ask the passenger to get out!!!!' even though passenger never insulted the driver! The whole Eyre company culture is anti-customer!!‎
