Professional Service, Delighful Staff. After having a poor experience with another provider--staff AND physician--I chose Dr. Davis' practice on a whim.

I couldn't be more pleased!

The front desk staff are warm, welcoming, conversational and delightful. My waits have been quite short. The waiting room is brightened with outdoor light from the large front windows and open floor plan and is filled with quality, contemporary merchandise (that was never pushed on me to purchase. What a relief!).

Dr. Davis' skills as a practitioner are fantastic. The exams thorough, though quick, and he doesn't rely on a mass of digital technology to tell him how to assess patients. I have been to other practices where I felt I spent more time with machines and technicians than with the eye care professional. Opti-Care is an great example of less-is-more!

What impresses me the most is Dr. Davis' demeanor. Not only is he friendly and respectful, but explains everything as he works. This is informative, helps prepare the patient for what's coming next in the exam, and demonstrates that Dr. Davis views his "clients" as people rather than eyes needing correction. How refreshing.

FANTASTIC DOC. I have been to other eye doctors in the area, and it seems they are only motivated to SELL HIGH PRICED FRAMES. While Dr. Davis seems content to ensure the patient is taken care of. I would recommend Opticare to everyone. Great local business.

Very poor customer service by staff, great doctor. Dr. Davis is a competent, caring doctor. He takes the time to explain things to his patients. Unfortunately the customer service does not extend to his whole staff. The staff needs to learn to apologize, empathsize, and then resolve the problem. Basic customer service is needed. Spoils the whole visit. Not a place I would recommend.
