Best Haircut EVER! Ditto on the "not sure what other reviews were talking about". Robin did EXACTLY what I asked for, which if I must admit has NEVER happened before! Either they take off too much length or don't style it properly...In short, It couldn't look better in my dreams! They totally accomodated my requests for organic products and were not pushy AT ALL. Robin even double checked before she went a little shorter in the front to make my long locks blend together. I LOVE the communication and the owner is a very kind respectful woman who I came to find out is my neighbor!! Best Salon in SMALLTIMORE, Hands Down!

Love DK, not sure what that other review was talking about. I love my blonde highlights! I recently went to DK salon for a color correction from Erin. He could not have been better. I had very damaged color and I was a wreck. Erin took his time and gave me a beautiful blonde color and style that I have tried to get from other higher priced salons. The price was exactly in line and I will say that I will be a returning customer. Some people are never satisfied and I can assure you that DK is one of the best salons in Baltimore! I would not pay much attention to the previous post and would suggest she gives DK and Erin another try....I have been to many salons looking for the right colorist and have him at DK salon...Erin.....

WARNING!!! Nightmare. I went in for routine highlights and came out with orange/pink/blonde hair! I had beautiful shiny long light brown hair now I have horrible mess. I went in to have it fixed and they told me they were unable to bet it back to brown but they could take out the orange/pink tones and make it more platinum. They were nicer when it happened, all oh we are so sorry bla bla bla... So here I am 2 months later asking whats the next step in fixing my hair and its going to be over 200$. NO THANK YOU dk Salon I have cried over my hair enough I am not going to cry over my bill. They didn't even offer a refund the first time when the nightmare began. Everyone thought the blonde looked lovely when it was all said and done, However I never wanted to be a blonde! Now I am stuck with deep fried frizzy hair with an addiction to multiple hair products just to walk out of my front door!

As Bad As It Gets. I was warned about this place before I entered. I heard the people who worked there were extremely nasty and played "dirty" with monetary issues such as charging for the salon. I went in since my boyfriend at the time worked in a law office near there. First time was okay..charge was as said..second time they did a bait and switch and told me the fee was going to be 75.00 all along and then we go to the register and it's 150.00..they told me something like " we are sorry we didnt' tell you ahead of time but you needed some treatments done. I asked after the supposed treatment was done and they told me only 75..flat out outright liars there and the ownership is not far from...don't go here..they will mess with you..

Questionable. I have been there several times for the same service however the price for the same service has been different every time.

The staff was friendly, however I did notice some of them talking about customers. That made be really uncomfortable and one visit the person who performed the service told me way too much about their personal life. I do like to talk about things but not personal issues and I don't wish to hear about thier issues either.

Great Salon. I've been going to DK Salon since I started high school, about 7 years now, and I love it! Friendly staff that isn't too intrusive! ( I hate going to salons that expect you to dish your entire life! )

I have never had a bad hair cut, hair style or hair color from here! I have been seeing Lauren for my haircuts, and she does most of my color as well, but I have also had experiences with their color specialist who did an amazing job and was friendly!

My family started going here too after they saw what great results I kept getting!

My favorite part about this salon is that I can go in not knowing what I want, but having enough trust in my stylist to say: Do whatever you want, make me look good, and she never fails!

She's been doing what ever she wants to do to my hair for years now and I always get hundreds of compliments on the health, color, texture, cut , Everything about my hair!

Coloring can be a bit pricey, and I've seen good coloring jobs from other salons that are a bit cheaper, but I trust this salon and all of its stylists so much I don't think I'd chance it going somewhere else!

Staff is very friendly and the best part is they remember details about me and my family that makes me feel at home even though I only get my hair cut twice a year!

Great Salon- Highly recommend. There are not enough great things to say about DK Salon. They are all truly industry professionals and will work overtime to make sure you look and feel your best. Their prices are extremely reasonable for their high level of salon services. Don't be shy to take one or two cookies as well. Highly recommend.

COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!!. PRICE WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE AND THEN WHEN THE BILL CAME THAT WAS ANOTHER STORY!!

HIDDEN CHARGES! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.TRY A GOOD RESPONSIBLE SALON LIKE ATELIER OR NV SALON!
