Love My Dress

Beautiful shop and wonderful people. I worked with Ashley and Gina. They had me laughing and enjoying my time with them at Lily's Bridal. I purchased a Rand Evan gown. This designer is only sold at Lily's Bridal and the owner spends every December with designer personally going over styles. I feel so special. I love my dress. Love it Love it Love it.

Everything you Expect and More

Abmis, Lily's Bridal has honored the "deals" that met the packages that were always offered at Lily's Bridal. You did not meet the qualifications of either the gold or silver package at that time. As the manager of the store stated if you can provide any information in writing from Lily's Bridal with your "discount" information we would honor what was offered to you. You were not able to provide any documentation, so we followed our normal policies. If the former employee you offered something outside of the gold or silver package she did so with out authorization from anyone at Lily's Bridal.

Tuxedo information. It is sent over via our online form and the reason there was confusion was due to the lack of information on the form. He did not provide the bride's name so there was no way to know it was you to contact. If the proper information is not on the form we can only do so much.

dont expect too much

I had excellent service here in the fall. The woman I corresponded with was great, but recently she left and I found out that the discount that I was promised was not a set discount that the store offered. Since she has been gone, I have been told at least 5 times that someone will call me back and it never happens. I was told that they will not honor the discount that I was previously offered and that there was "nothing they could do about it." I'm pretty sure that the store owner can do something about it if she wanted to. The owner will not talk to me and one of the main reasons I got my bridesmaid dresses and tuxes here was because the previous woman was so nice and because of this discount. Now that she is gone and the offer has been revoked I'm furious and at the end of my patience with this store. I understand the difficult situation, but deals need to be honored and I could have saved a bunch of money, time and effort by going somewhere else. Don't shop here!
