I would like to take this opportunity to thank one on your valued employees who went above and beyond the call of duty. Dawn researched and found a replacement part for my 34 year old grille. I had just about given up my search when Dawn called to tell me she had located the part and took the time to deliver it to my home. Thanks to both Justin and Darrin!! The best service techs I've encountered in the last 15 yrs. I cancelled my plumbing and heating contract to be with Day or Night. I was very pleased with Darrin's professional and prompt service. He assessed the problem and corrected it quickly. Thanks! Looking forward to long relationship with you guys!
