Outrageous Prices and Poor Service. I would recommend never going to Penn Camera. \r \r I dropped off 4 disposable cameras. I asked for doubles and them to be put on CD. Usually for 4 rolls of 35mm film, this would cost me $40 or less for the doubles and CD. \r \r Today…
