I cannot recommend Jacquie Warner for hair relaxer service

I had relaxer service done by this salon owner/hair stylist twice. Each time, after applying my relaxer, she left the room (apparently to tend to customers in the other individual rooms of her shop) The first time, the relaxer was left in my hair for nearly 20 minutes before she came back and processed it through my hair. Although my hair is neither coarse nor thick, I assumed she needed to leave it in so long and to comb it completely through because my hair was near virgin. The second time (eight weeks later), the relaxer was in my hair for nearly half an hour before she came back and again proceeded to comb it all the way through my hair. I am currently working with a different hair stylist to repair the damage done to my hair.
