Catering at its BEST!. I am employeed at a Church and several committees have had events catered by Anchors Aweigh. I have attended several of them. They utilize our kitchen facilities and Hall Bldg. They communicate the contracts clearly and are always available for special requests. They will accommodate your every need to their best ability. The set up is timely, the food is prepared/delivered/ and/or served professionally and has a touch of class! We love the baked ziti, ceasar salad, and crab dip! Kudos to the owners and staff!

In response to keywest09. This review is in response to keywest09: This is a out of state relative of the bride. She wasn't present or included for any of our meetings or tastings with the bride and her parents. This out of state relative was not aware of the contract agreements that were in order and signed by the bride. As for the rehersal dinner, our staff arrived on time and set up the buffet before any guests arrived back from the church rehersal and we stayed and waited to talk to the bride before leaving. The bride arranged for reflections dinnerware and she also wanted her rehersal set up as a drop-off. She did this to cut costs and said she had enough family and friends to help with clean up. Why this relative thinks she knows the quality of our meats is beyond me. Anchors Aweigh Catering only uses the highest quality meats. I guess everyone is entitled to their own option even if they don't know the facts.

Worst service, broken promises, unresponsive to complaints, not willing to fix problems.. They did not arrive to setup the rehersal dinner until immediately before, they did not stick around to help serve or make sure everything was satisfactory, by the time we got back from the rehersal they were gone. The day of the wedding they made it clear that they would only be arriving 3hrs before the wedding. This gave us no time to check out the table settings and layout of the tables, oh wait there were NO table settings besides the paper napkins wrapped around plastic silverware. What we thought was a plated dinner turned out to be a buffett line with plastic plates. The London Briol turned out to be roast beef sandwhich meat. They didnt help remove plates or trash from the tables (not even from the head table), and worst of all we were left to clean up everything the next day, when it was specific in the contract that they were supposed to clean, and they could not be reached by office phone or cell phone.
