Bel Air's Best Kept Secret. I just moved to MD several months ago and had my realtor refer me to NVS. When I heard they were an Aveda salon I couldn't wait to go. I walked in on a Sunday and even though the girl had her purse and keys in her hands to close she put them down and stayed to do my hair. (I really needed it) I found out later she was the owner and I was really impressed by her young age and she was very professional. I never felt like a burden because of my poor timing. I went back for a facial with Hason and she was fantastic as well. I have indeed found my new MD salon.
