The only explanation for this business's good review score is that they spend all their time posting fake reviews instead of fixing computers. I have NEVER dealt with such an awful business before, and I'm including BGE and several used car dealerships in that list.

I brought in a laptop for repair, and during the two weeks they had it, they never once initiated contact to give me a diagnosis, let me know it was finished - nothing. They also kept raising the price - what I payed in the end was almost twice the original quote, even though they didn't find anything wrong with it other than the original problem. When I asked about the price increase they were really vague and refused to give any details about what specifically they were replacing.

I'd be surprised if they were still in business by next year.

Stay far away.

My hp laptop charger was lost, and needed it asap. CCFX sells chargers, so I contacted them, and he sold me a new charger for a very good price and saved my work life! Thank you very much.

My desktop would not turn on, and I thought it was motherboard. Luckily, Gary the technician diagnosed my PC, and it was power supply that needed to be replaced. They replaced power supply, completely cleaned my pc, and now my computer is working great. Thank you Gary and CCFX!

My dell laptop dc jack was bad, as laptop would not charge. I have used them many times, and they have been awesome everytime. Went again, and fixed the laptop dc jack in just a day. So happy with their laptop repair!

NEVER! Let me repeat NEVER use this company. I left my computer to have the hard drive transferred. They lost EVERYTHING and gave me someones info instead. I had these people's entire life on my computer. I was told to just delete it. Instead I found the owners and in turn found out that they were told the lost the info (I had) was due to a virus on their computer...LIES all LIES! Oh yes, and while I was there trying to retrieve my lost info the cops were called because they would not return another persons computer. Appts are missed and calls are not returned. Do not use them....

Attention Owings mills residents- if you need a reliable computer repair shop, look no further and go to cheapest computer repair shop. I have gotten many repairs from them, and believe me, they are GOOD!

Thank god for city search reviews! I had issues with 3 computers, and I bought it all of it to CCFX at once. The best part was, they fixed it all three computers in one day! His prices are also amazing! Glad to use this shop.

Very professional people who made me feel like their family. My laptop was showing a blue screen, and Sunny the technician assisted me and fixed the problem the same day. Use them, they are very good at what they do.
