Bartholomew, Supervisor for working with me over a 4 month period to resolve the billing dispute I had due to a defective part in my Carrier Heat Pump. He sent several technicians to inspect the unit and always returned my calls. He was patient, courteous and professional throughout this "ordeal" (for me) and he sent me refunds to cover the excessive BGE charges.
I also want to thanbk Jeff Martin, specialist # HCC08, for coming back as soon as possible to add refrigerant after the last major repair. He was respectful of our property , courteous, and he answered all of my questions.
I will recommend Blue Dot to all of my neighbors and friends.

knowledgeable and a down-right-nice person. Every season when we make our 'Blue Dot Maintenance' appointment, we always ask for Darren. I'm sure everyone who works for Blue Dot is great, but we will wait for an appointment just so we can have Darren come out to the house.
We were impressed by Thomas' professionalism and knowledge. He explained exactly what he did and answered our questions. He was most personable.

THIS REVIEW PROCESS IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE.I'M ONLY PROCEDING BECAUSE DARREN R WAS SO GOOD WHEN HE SERVICED MY AIR AND HEATING UNIT 11/12/12.This is more than I can say for the rest of your company.specfical your supervisors,your coustomer service ieNICOLE SPAGNA,AND JEFF STAGNOLI.They have letters that I sent them in July and August 2012.,I have yet to have a response, my experience with BLUE DOT has been awful.I had a new unit installed and it was a nightmare.The saga started JUNE 5TH AND WAS NOT RESOLVED UNTIL JULY 16.You can find all this in your records.This experience has left me with little regard for your company.
Tyran D. performed our fall maintenance check on heat pump and humidifier. He did a great job and explained all he was doing. I would recommend him to other and would request him in the future.
