Great eyebrows; bad nails. Review is for Towson location. However both locations have the same problem of having just one nail stylist each.

First the plus points:

The threading is excellent; Usha herself is nice to talk to.

The actual experience: last week( sept 09) my friend and I took an appointment for (two) eyebrow threading, one hair cut and two manicures and pedicures. You would think that the receptionist would think about whether we could get all of that done before they close at 7.30 pm. The eyebrow threading and the haircut( Caroline) were great. The manicure and pedicure...what should I say? We started about 4.30 pm and at 8.30 pm, we were still there. There is only one nail stylist( Maria) and she was slow and uncoordinated. We did not get the paraffin wax special that was on that day since they "forgot" that the wax was not hot. There was no massage involved in the pedicure and manicure, just a dabbing and rubbing of lotions. My French manicure lasted all of 5 days before it started to chip and look ugly. It cost me 30 dollars plus tip plus hrs of waiting. Completely worthless.

I would say come here only for the excellent threading and possibly haircut and give the nails a miss.
